MONSTERLINK PRIVACY POLICY Effective date: October 14, 2026. 1. Scope and contact MonsterLink is founded and operated by Matt LaMere in Bettendorf, Iowa, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Matt LaMere operating MonsterLink. This policy covers the MonsterLink website, its enabled account services and MonsterLink app features that expressly link to this policy. Account registration is available when offered through the MonsterLink account pages. Purchases and marketing subscriptions are not open in this release. You can read public product information and development updates without creating an account. Account and app sections below apply when you use those features. A shared MonsterLink account does not by itself enroll you in marketing or make your information available through another brand. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, export or delete personal information, contact support@getmonsterlink.com and indicate that your request concerns privacy. You do not need to create an account to make a request. 2. Information you provide Account information can include your name, email address, sign-in credentials, profile information, language, timezone, communication preferences and records of the terms or choices you accept. We use authentication services to handle sign-in and account verification. Never send us your password or a verification code by email. Motorcycle and product information can include the motorcycles you choose to save, year, make, model, nickname, mileage, optional VIN, service records, product interests and supported device information. Provide only information needed for the feature you want to use. Adding a motorcycle or VIN is not proof of ownership or compatibility. Content you upload can include photographs, documents, captions and information contained inside those files. Original files may contain metadata such as location or device details. Consider the information in a file before uploading it. We process files to store them, deliver them to authorized users and create display versions where needed. Correspondence includes your email address, message, attachments and the information needed to respond to a product, account, privacy or business inquiry. When you submit an available website contact form, we store the request and contact details, send a service acknowledgement and notify authorized support staff. A mail link opens your email service. Information is sent to us when you send the email; clicking the link alone does not submit a support request. 3. Information collected when you use the service Our hosting, authentication and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser and operating-system information, device or session identifiers, referring pages, errors and authentication or security events. We use these records to deliver the service, troubleshoot problems and protect accounts. Cookies and similar browser storage support functions such as sign-in, security, preferences and a local cart where enabled. Persistent browser storage keeps the Supabase sign-in session and return-navigation preferences. A cart saved only in a browser is different from a cart associated with your account; shopping and checkout are not active in this release. Signing in may synchronize supported information with your MonsterLink account. We do not intentionally place private customer content in public page caches. For enabled mobile features, permission requests will identify access needed for functions such as selecting a photo, using a camera or finding a nearby Bluetooth device. A device permission is not consent to unrelated advertising or location tracking. We explain any separate collection or upload of device information when that feature is offered. An unreleased hardware concept does not mean we are already receiving motorcycle telemetry. 4. Why we use information We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide supported website and app features, save the records you choose to keep, deliver your requested content, respond to inquiries, communicate account or service matters, maintain and improve reliability, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law and exercise or defend legal rights. Marketing subscriptions and product announcements are not enabled in this release. Creating or verifying an account does not subscribe you to marketing. Requested account verification, sign-in assistance, password recovery and service replies are separate from marketing. We preserve existing unsubscribe and suppression choices. We do not use private customer uploads as public testimonials or promotional material without separate permission. We do not use a saved motorcycle record as an assertion that a product is safe, compatible or activated. 5. Sharing and service providers Supabase provides account authentication, the hosted database and private file storage. Zoho provides transactional email delivery and business mailbox services. They process information needed for those services, such as account details, saved records, message contents, recipients, and delivery or security information, subject to appropriate restrictions. Access within MonsterLink is limited to authorized people who need it for a legitimate service, support, security or legal purpose. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect people or accounts, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal rights. We evaluate requests and disclose only what is appropriate to the circumstances. Information may transfer as part of a lawful business sale, merger or reorganization, subject to applicable law, existing privacy commitments and required notice. A new use inconsistent with this policy requires the applicable notice or permission. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising pixels or use personal information for targeted advertising in this release. We do not disclose private account records to another brand for that brand's marketing merely because both brands have the same owner. 6. Social links, video and tracking choices YouTube and Facebook links take you to independent services. Their privacy practices apply after you visit them. The current release uses external links rather than loading their embedded players or advertising tools automatically. You can control browser cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other requested features from working. Clearing browser storage may remove information saved only on that device. The service does not use cross-site advertising tracking in this release. Open and click tracking are disabled for MonsterLink transactional email. Legacy “Do Not Track” browser signals do not change essential account, security or logging functions. Where applicable law requires honoring a recognized opt-out preference signal, we honor it for the processing covered by that law. Any future optional analytics, embeds or advertising require an updated disclosure and applicable choice before activation. 7. How long we keep information We keep information for the purpose for which it was collected and only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose, subject to legal obligations and legitimate security or dispute needs. Account profiles and saved motorcycle records are retained while needed to provide your account, unless you remove the information or request closure. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the issue, maintain necessary service history and address related disputes. Security records are retained according to the type of event and the period reasonably needed to detect or investigate misuse. Marketing preferences and a limited suppression record may be retained so that we can respect an unsubscribe request. When a valid deletion request applies, we delete or deidentify the covered information from active systems unless an exception permits or requires retention. Limited copies may remain in backups only for the remaining lawful retention purpose. Retained information is restricted to that purpose and is not used to restore unwanted marketing. Deletion may not remove content already independently copied or retained by someone outside our control. 8. Your choices and requests Use available account controls or contact support@getmonsterlink.com to request access, correction, a copy of your information, deletion or account closure. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, opt out of certain processing, limit sensitive-data use, or appeal a denied request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that a request concerns your account or that an authorized agent may act for you. We do not require passwords or unnecessary identity documents. We respond within the applicable legal deadlines. If we cannot fulfill a request, we explain the reason and any applicable appeal process, subject to legal or security restrictions. To appeal, reply to our decision or contact support@getmonsterlink.com with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Removing information necessary for a particular feature may make that feature unavailable. This does not prevent you from reading public pages. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing through its unsubscribe method or by contacting support. This does not stop essential account, security or transaction messages. Changing permissions or signing out on a device does not necessarily delete information already saved to the shared account; use the deletion process for that request. 9. Security We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security. This statement does not excuse our security responsibilities. If an incident requires notice, we provide it as required by applicable law. 10. Children The service is intended for adults. Account registration is limited to people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@getmonsterlink.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A statement in this policy does not replace required safeguards when we learn a user is a child. 11. Where information is processed Matt LaMere operates MonsterLink from Bettendorf, Iowa, United States. Service providers may process information in locations where they operate, including outside your state or country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use those safeguards. Accessing the site does not by itself waive privacy rights or provide blanket consent to a restricted transfer. 12. Purchases and new features The current catalog is informational. Sales and paid preorders are not open, and the website does not request payment card details for these development listings. Do not email us payment card details. Before enabling checkout, additional telemetry, optional tracking or another materially different use of personal information, we will explain the relevant data, purpose, recipients and choices. A future purchase may require contact, delivery and order information and processing by a payment provider, but this policy does not claim those features are active now. 13. Policy changes We will display the effective date of the policy we publish and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where new consent is required, we will obtain it. We will not silently apply a materially different privacy practice to previously collected information in a way that violates our commitments or applicable law.
