Inside MonsterLink
Manufacturing Readiness Begins Before Production
Programming, inspection, traceability, and support all need a workable process before products ship.
Manufacturing preparation includes more than making a board. Each product needs a way to identify its hardware and software, record inspection results, and support the rider after installation.
MonsterLink has planning documents for programming, inspection, serialization, traceability, support, and warranty. Those documents describe work that must become a tested operating process before commercial release.
Planning does not establish production capacity, a finished warranty, or a shipping date. Those decisions remain separate from the engineering progress shown here.
Next step
Before products go on sale, the manufacturing process needs to be tested and support and warranty arrangements confirmed.
