Preparing for Prototype Validation
VSM has a documented bench-validation path. Physical measurements still need to establish the results.
The current VSM work starts with one existing, unmodified prototype on an isolated bench setup. The plan separates bounded checks of each output from a fuller check of normal lighting behavior.
The bring-up record is marked not executed. The test path is documented, but physical measurements and acceptance remain pending.
A firmware build is not a hardware result, and a bench result would not establish motorcycle compatibility. Each step needs recorded evidence before the product can move toward installation and release.
Next step
Physical bench testing is next. The measurements will help us identify what works and what needs further development.
